About Us
XCOM Network Solutions, Inc., is a corporation formed in Florida
to serve the computer and network needs of small businesses,
law offices, and doctor offices.
Our goal is to provide competent computer network solutions
to small offices that cannot justify the expense of hiring
a full- or part-time information technology ("IT") professional
to maintain the office network.
Because XCOM focuses exclusively on small businesses, we have
setup a rate schedule that is 15 to 25% below the industry
standard for each service we perform. Our rates are
competitive because we are a small business that believes
in supporting other small businesses that are competing with
corporate juggernauts. Plus, we do not charge extra
for service calls when under 20 miles of our Oldsmar office.
Our time starts when we show up on-site.
Additionally, when you call us with an emergency (computer
virus or crashed hard drive), we respond immediately, whether
your call is at 9am or 2am. Otherewise we will respond
to your call within 1 hour. We also offer 24 hour support
7 days a week. Our rates do not change, no matter what
hour you call for help.
